Prior line said 'enter city and state and it auto-fills' — inaccurate. The tool
takes state + agency + your contact info and auto-applies the correct state legal
citations/deadlines. Also surfaced the privacy guarantee (runs entirely client-side).

The Quick Start cd'd into 'flock-public-records-tools' after cloning
'flock-public-records-toolkit' — copy-pasting it errored on the first step.
Also clarified the roadmap web app (browser-only, autofills a request by city/state).
