Fix attribution, dead references, and rebuild state citation table
- Attribution: README and LICENSE now credit rpriven (was a non-entity leftover from the original template's origin) - Remove README section for foia_req_raw.md, which is not in the repo - Fix lookup-state-law.ts pointer to generate-flock-request.ts - Rebuild template state reference: all 20 supported states with law names and statute citations, corrected deadline groupings (CA, MD), dropped unsupported states, added fallback for unlisted states - Update Last Updated to July 2026 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
